For Sushi Tei, we transformed the hotel ballroom with a custom welcome sign, balloon décor, and a stunning floral archway that set the tone from the very first step through the door — an elegant and enchanting introduction to the magical night ahead.

Inside, the ballroom ambiance was elevated with a disco ball, gobo light effects, and professional audio-visual production. The EXCO Opening Act & Cinematic Tribute

A key highlight of the evening was the pre-event video production that captured Sushi Tei’s 30-year journey in a heartfelt cinematic tribute. Set to “A Whole New World,” the video celebrated the brand’s humble beginnings, its growth through Singapore’s competitive F&B landscape, and the culinary excellence that earned it a loyal following. The tribute culminated in a powerful EXCO opening act that brought the story to life on stage, generating a wave of emotion and applause from the audience.

Unique Fringe Activities & Guest Engagement

Engaging fringe activities are key to every successful corporate Dinner and Dance event, and we designed a lineup that went well beyond the ordinary. Guests enjoyed our Pebble Name Calligraphy Station, where a professional calligrapher inscribed personalised keepsakes on smooth pebbles — a meaningful memento that guests could take home and display.

The crowd-favourite 180 Freeze Frame Photo Booth captured dynamic, multi-angle moments of celebration, creating fun memories that guests could share instantly. Unlike a standard photo booth, the 180-degree setup produced dramatic, social media-ready content that had guests returning for multiple takes throughout the night.

Perhaps the most show-stopping feature was the bespoke Self-Standing Ice Bar, designed for dramatic drink pours that amazed and delighted the crowd. Watching cocktails poured through an intricately carved ice structure became an experience in itself, drawing queues and generating buzz throughout the evening. Our professional event production team managed every technical element with precision: LED walls, professional sound systems, stage lighting, and laser effects all worked in concert to create a production worthy of the milestone occasion. On the night itself, QR code registration ensured a smooth, queue-free check-in process. Coordinating Complex Technical Elements

The LED Butterfly Drone show, laser effects, LED walls, and stage lighting all needed to work in perfect harmony. Any technical glitch would be visible to the entire room. Our production team conducted multiple technical rehearsals in the venue, built in redundancy for critical systems, and stationed dedicated technicians at every control point. On the night, every cue hit its mark — the drone show launched flawlessly, the laser effects synced perfectly with the music, and the LED wall transitions were seamless.

Managing a Diverse Guest Profile

With approximately 200 guests spanning all levels of the organisation — from outlet staff to senior executives — we needed to design an experience that resonated across demographics. The fringe activities provided low-key engagement options for quieter guests, while the performances and dance floor catered to those looking for high-energy entertainment.
