We designed the check-in system to handle volume spikes gracefully — the QR scan process took under 10 seconds per guest, the business card fallback ensured no one was turned away, and the live badge printing system scaled to accommodate queues without bottlenecks. Our on-site team was also trained to triage visitors, directing high-priority contacts to the DigiFT team immediately.
Delivering Broadcast-Quality Production in a Conference Setting
