Felix Sim is the co-founder and Managing Director of Get Out! Events, one of Singapore’s most trusted corporate event companies. What started in 2012 as a two-person operation has grown into a full-service event agency delivering 1,000+ events across team building, gala dinners, family days, conferences, and large-scale activations.

In his 13+ years running Get Out! Events, Felix has personally managed events for some of Singapore’s most demanding clients — including Google, Singapore Airlines, NTUC, Rolex, and dozens of MNCs and local enterprises. He’s been in the trenches on event day, reworked logistics at midnight when a venue fell through, and rebuilt entire runsheets hours before guests arrived.
