Event Management Company in Dubai
Corporate dinners, conferences, launches, family days and team building, planned and produced end to end.
Get Out! Events is an event management company that has planned and produced more than 10,000 events since 2012. We now take briefs in Dubai and across the UAE: corporate dinners, conferences, launches, family days, team building and public events. You get one team, one point of contact and one itemised quote in AED.
What an event management company in Dubai should take off your plate
Most event briefs in Dubai land on someone who already has a full-time job: an HR manager, an executive assistant, a marketing lead. The value of an event management company is not only the ideas. It is the dozens of small decisions and suppliers that you no longer have to chase.
When we run your event, we handle the concept, venue search and negotiation, production, catering, guest management, entertainment, content capture and the run of show on the day. You make the key decisions. We do the rest and keep you updated in plain language.
Event formats to discuss in your brief
The formats below are programme options, not a portfolio of delivered UAE projects. Availability, venue suitability and the delivery scope must be confirmed in your proposal.
Corporate dinners and awards nights
Annual dinners, long-service awards and gala evenings with stage, LED, entertainment and a tight running order.
Conferences and town halls
Plenary and breakout sessions, speaker care, registration, AV and live polling. See conference organisers in Dubai.
Team building
Desert, beach, Amazing Race and indoor programmes with a facilitated debrief. See team building in Dubai.
Family days and staff parties
Carnival games, food stations, kids' zones and stage shows for employees and their families.
Launches and brand activations
Product launches, media events and pop-up activations where the brand has to look right in every photo.
Public and community events
Festivals, runs, community days and ticketed events, including crowd flow, safety planning and on-site operations.
How we run an event, step by step
- Brief: we agree the goal, audience, date, headcount and budget range on a short call.
- Proposal: you get a concept, venue options and an itemised AED quote, with clear trade-offs between options.
- Planning: we confirm suppliers, design, permits where needed, the guest journey and the run sheet.
- Production: our producer leads rehearsals, technical checks and supplier coordination before doors open.
- Event day: our crew runs the show so your team can host, network and enjoy it.
- Wrap-up: photos, video, a post-event summary and lessons for next time.

Planning events around the UAE calendar
Timing shapes almost every event decision in the UAE. October to April is outdoor season, when terraces, beaches and desert camps are at their best and book up early. From May to September, most events move indoors to air-conditioned ballrooms and venues, which are often easier to secure. During Ramadan, daytime events give way to iftar and suhoor gatherings. November and December, with UAE National Day on 2 December and year-end parties, are the busiest weeks of the year, so lock in venues and crews eight to twelve weeks ahead.
For a broader view of city and event-format options, start with the UAE events hub, then confirm the location and delivery scope for your specific brief.
Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates
For a Dubai event brief, tell us your preferred area, such as Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina or Jumeirah, and whether you already have a venue. For an Abu Dhabi event brief or a proposed event elsewhere in the UAE, specify the location and travel requirements. Delivery availability, venue arrangements and any transport must be confirmed in the proposal.
What to confirm before approving an event proposal
A useful proposal should make decisions easier for your HR, marketing, procurement and finance teams. Compare the same scope across options rather than comparing only a headline total.
- Purpose and audience: state whether the priority is staff recognition, learning, networking or a launch. Include headcount, languages, accessibility needs and who approves the programme.
- Venue responsibilities: confirm who books the venue, what access and rehearsal time are available, and which permissions or venue approvals are required before the event can proceed.
- Production and content: list the stage, sound, screens, lighting, presentations and operator roles included. Agree who supplies and approves each piece of content.
- Guest journey: map arrival, registration, seating, meals, transfers and departure. Name the decision-maker for changes on event day.
- Contingencies: agree the weather decision point, indoor alternatives where available, technical backups and escalation contacts. Do not assume a backup venue or extra programme is included unless the proposal says so.
- Inclusions and exclusions: identify catering, transport, photography, overtime and third-party charges separately. Confirm changes and cancellation terms before approval.
For a speaker-led programme, use the Dubai conference brief. For a staff activity day, compare Dubai team-building formats. If the event is in the capital, use the Abu Dhabi event-management page so location-specific requirements stay with the right brief.

What affects the cost of an event
Every event is quoted to the brief, itemised in AED. The biggest cost drivers are:
- Headcount and format: seated dinners cost more per head than standing receptions.
- Venue and date: peak-season weekends and the National Day period carry premiums.
- Production: stage, LED screens, sound and lighting are often the largest single line.
- Food and drink: menu, service style and beverage package.
- Entertainment and content: hosts, performers, photography and video.
Tell us your budget range and we will design to it, rather than sending a fixed package.
