Event Management Company in Abu Dhabi
Shape a programme around your people, purpose and venue. Compare formats and share your brief to discuss suitable options.
Abu Dhabi corporate event planning
Looking for an event management company for an Abu Dhabi brief? Start with the audience, the outcome and the decisions your proposal needs to settle. Share your requirements with Get Out! Events to discuss suitability, scope and availability.
Our company-wide experience is 10,000+ events since 2012. That is not a claim of Abu Dhabi delivery history or a local office. The formats below are planning options to discuss, not confirmed inclusions. Final delivery arrangements require confirmation for your event. The hero image is illustrative, not a client-event photograph.
Choose a format around the audience
Dinners and receptions
Define whether the priority is conversation, recognition or a formal programme. Compare seated and standing layouts, dietary requirements, speeches and service timing before choosing a room.
Conferences and forums
Map plenary sessions, panels and breakouts against the audience journey. Specify registration, speaker preparation, presentation formats and the time needed to move between rooms.
Team building and offsites
Separate social connection from learning objectives. Describe mobility needs, activity preferences and time available. Explore Abu Dhabi team-building planning options.
Family days and launches
For family events, identify age groups and supervision responsibilities. For launches, define the message, guest journey and content approvals. Any activities or production elements remain subject to scope and availability.
Build a useful Abu Dhabi event brief
A clear brief helps you compare proposals without assuming that every organiser has included the same work. Name the event owner and approval process, then set out the decisions that are fixed and those still open. A venue shortlist is useful; an unconfirmed venue should not be treated as a booking.
- Purpose and audience: explain what guests should know, feel or do afterwards, who is attending and whether senior-guest or protocol requirements need review.
- Date and programme: include alternatives, arrival and departure windows, speeches, breaks and any immovable moments.
- Headcount and access: distinguish invited from expected guests and describe accessibility, language and dietary requirements without sharing unnecessary personal information.
- Venue requirements: identify room layout, usable capacity, loading access, setup and teardown windows, power, sound restrictions and any venue-appointed services.
- Approval constraints: share procurement deadlines, brand guidelines, stakeholder sign-offs and which items must be confirmed before commitment.
What to confirm before approving an Abu Dhabi event proposal
Ask for a written scope that separates included work, optional items, exclusions and assumptions. A single headline description such as “event management” does not tell you who books the venue, manages guests or makes decisions on the day.
- Responsibility: identify the owner for planning, venue arrangements, production, guest communication and event-day coordination. Confirm the escalation contact and approval authority.
- Production: list the proposed stage, sound, lighting, screens and presentation support where relevant. Confirm what the venue provides, what requires a separate arrangement and whether rehearsal time is included.
- Staffing: request the proposed roles, working hours and coverage areas. Do not assume a producer, registration team, facilitators or crew are included until the proposal confirms them.
- Guest experience: agree arrival flow, seating, signage, dietary communication and accessible routes. For formal events, ask who approves names, titles, seating and the running order.
- Deliverables: list photography, video, editing, reporting and other outputs individually, with usage permissions, delivery dates and exclusions. These are not automatic inclusions.
- Changes and contingencies: confirm the process for revised numbers, programme changes, weather alternatives and cancellation terms before accepting the proposal.
Bring Abu Dhabi and Dubai colleagues into one plan
For a joint event, compare realistic arrival and return journeys for both groups rather than choosing a venue by map distance alone. Account for office departure times, accessibility, programme start time and guests who need to leave early.
Transport is a separate planning requirement. Confirm pickup points, passenger numbers, vehicle suitability, booking responsibility and return arrangements; do not assume coaches are included. If the chosen event location is Dubai, use the Dubai event-management brief instead. The UAE events hub helps you choose the relevant city or format.
Check the venue and calendar before committing
For an Abu Dhabi venue shortlist, compare access, room configuration and the guest journey alongside the location. Request current venue rules for supplier access, loading, setup, noise, catering and any approvals. Naming an area or venue does not establish availability, permission or a supplier relationship.
Outdoor elements need a weather decision point and a practical alternative. Check expected conditions for the actual date, shade, hydration, accessibility and the impact of moving indoors. For Ramadan or other calendar-sensitive gatherings, confirm the proposed timing, service arrangements and guest needs with the relevant stakeholders rather than assuming a standard daytime programme is suitable.
Compare proposals on the same basis
Review scope before comparing commercial terms. Ask each proposer to use the same headcount, programme length, venue assumptions and deliverables. Mark anything provisional, separately arranged or dependent on a third party. Confirm the quotation currency, applicable charges, payment milestones and change terms in the proposal; this page does not publish prices or commit to a particular package.
Before sending your enquiry, collect the date options, expected attendance, event objective, venue status and essential requirements. You do not need a finished concept, but separating must-haves from preferences makes the next discussion more useful.
