RBTHOL review: company profile, past events and buyer checklist

Registration facts, RBTHOL's own portfolio claims and a buyer checklist. Published by Get Out! Events, a competitor.

Publisher disclosure: This page is published by Get Out! Events. We are a Singapore corporate event company and a competitor of RBTHOL, so this is not an independent review. It does not rate RBTHOL, score its work or report client experiences. It sets out facts from the public company record, what RBTHOL says about itself on its own website, what public review information we could and could not find, and the questions we suggest any buyer asks. Information was checked on 30 September 2026 and may have changed since.

If you are considering RBTHOL for a conference, team-building day, company dinner or brand activation, this page is meant to help you do your own due diligence. Where a statement comes from RBTHOL's website, we say so and link to the source. Where we could not verify something, we say that too.

Company registration facts

According to its ACRA business profile dated 29 September 2026, RBTHOL PTE. LTD. was incorporated in Singapore on 3 August 2026 under UEN 202635170K and was listed as a live company. It is registered as an exempt private company limited by shares, with issued and paid-up share capital of S$50,000. Its registered primary activity is management consultancy services, and its secondary activity is event organising.

A registration record confirms that a company exists and who its officers are. It does not tell you about service quality, financial capacity or the scope a company can deliver, so treat it as a starting point. You can obtain a current business profile for any Singapore company, including ours, through ACRA's official channels.

Who is behind RBTHOL

The same business profile lists two directors, Jonathan Tan and Gerald Voon, both appointed on 3 August 2026. The two are also the company's shareholders. Jonathan Tan is known as Jona Tan. Get Out! Events understands that they set up RBTHOL together, although the company record describes their roles as directors and shareholders.

Jonathan (Jona) Tan and Gerald Voon previously worked at Get Out! Events. We include this because it is relevant context for a buyer comparing the two companies, not as a comment on either person. RBTHOL is a separate business; Get Out! Events has no ownership, partnership or management role in it. For a side-by-side look at services and more on who runs RBTHOL, see RBTHOL vs Get Out! Events.

Services RBTHOL describes

RBTHOL's solutions page describes "one team, six core services":

  • Conferences: leadership summits, town halls and sales kick-offs, including stage builds and speaker rehearsals.
  • Team building: team days planned around a goal such as communication, trust or settling in new joiners.
  • Exhibitions: stands that RBTHOL says it designs, fabricates, installs, staffs and tears down with the same team.
  • Media launches: product and media launches covering guest arrivals, the on-stage reveal and press moments.
  • Gala dinners: awards nights, anniversaries and company dinner and dances.
  • Brand activations: pop-ups, mall takeovers and roadshows, with space design and staffing.

The same page describes a six-step process of brief, quote, approve, plan, run and recap. RBTHOL says every quote is itemised with each line explained, that changes are costed when they are raised, and that a short report follows the event. It also says the team that quotes an event is the team on the ground on the day, and that it uses its own software for quotes and checklists.

RBTHOL has a separate company dinner-and-dance page. It says it plans dinners for 50 to several thousand guests and lists what it includes: venue, food and drink, stage, sound and lights, emcee and entertainment, awards and lucky draw, decor and theme, and photography. Its FAQ says it does not publish a price list because cost depends on headcount, venue, menu and stage content.

These are RBTHOL's own descriptions. We have not tested them, and a published service list is not a guarantee of delivery. Confirm the scope that applies to your event in a written proposal.

Its dinner-and-dance page names past clients and describes several company dinners, and its solutions page shows example project images under each service.

All of the above are RBTHOL's own portfolio claims. Get Out! Events has not verified them, and this page makes no statement about who delivered, contracted or supplied any of these events. Several are dated 2025, before RBTHOL was incorporated in August 2026, so it is reasonable to ask how each example relates to the current company and team. RBTHOL's own site guide says named case studies with photography are added as clients approve sharing them.

A portfolio is most useful when you understand the role behind it. For any example that resembles your event, ask:

  • Which company held the contract, and was the work delivered by the company or by individuals before it was formed?
  • Which parts did the team handle directly: concept, venue, production, staffing, stage management or fabrication?
  • Which suppliers or partner agencies were involved?
  • Can the client, or a contact who worked on the event, speak to you about it?

We suggest asking the same questions of every shortlisted agency, including Get Out! Events.

Public RBTHOL reviews: what we found

As of 30 September 2026, we did not find client reviews, testimonials or ratings on the RBTHOL web pages we checked: the home, solutions, work, story, dinner-and-dance, contact and privacy pages. In public research carried out on 29 September 2026, we also did not verify an RBTHOL company account on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads or X. The Instagram handle "rbthol" displays a different person's name and should not be treated as the company's account.

This is a limited check, not proof that no reviews or accounts exist. Some platforms, including Google Maps, could not be fully checked, and review listings change quickly. RBTHOL was incorporated in August 2026, so few public reviews would be expected for a company formed so recently. If public reviews matter to your decision, search the platforms you trust and ask RBTHOL directly for client references.

This page contains no reviews or ratings of RBTHOL, and we will not publish any. Reviews should come from clients who have used a company, not from its competitors.

Buyer checklist before you appoint any event company

Whether you are assessing RBTHOL, Get Out! Events or another agency, these checks keep the comparison fair:

  1. Confirm the entity. Check the registered name and UEN on the proposal and invoice match the company you are appointing.
  2. Name the team. Ask who will lead your event, who will be on site and how many staff will be on duty during the event.
  3. Ask for comparable work. Request one or two examples close to your format and size, with the team's actual role explained.
  4. Request references. A client contact from a similar event is more useful than a logo wall.
  5. Compare line items. Ask for venue, catering, production, equipment, staffing, transport, teardown, GST and exclusions to be shown separately.
  6. Agree the change process. Find out how changes to headcount, hours or programme are priced and approved.
  7. Check contingencies. Ask about wet-weather plans, AV fallback, supplier back-ups and who decides on the day.
  8. Read the terms. Review payment schedule, cancellation terms, insurance and validity of the quote before you sign.
  9. Agree the post-event report. Decide what you want measured and when you will receive it.

Our guides can help with the planning detail: a conference brief template, a dinner showflow template and an activation agency checklist.

Events' own services, see corporate event management, corporate team building and dinner and dance planning.

If you would like Get Out! Events to propose on the same brief, share your event details with us.
